Job Description
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Company: Realty Experts
Realty Experts, a 25 year old real estate company with a strong track record of delivering successful projects across India, is expanding its regional presence and is looking for driven Regional Sales Managers for Agra, Lucknow and Kanpur. While the corporate office is based in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, the role is focused on developing and managing the assigned local markets.
The company works closely with reputed developers like Forbes Global Properties, Migsun, M3M, Laadli Group, Bhoomi Group and many more, giving its team access to a strong portfolio and market credibility.
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving real estate sales in their respective city through strong local networking, client relationship building and consistent follow ups. This role is for someone who understands the local pulse and knows how to convert relationships into business.
Key Responsibilities
•
Drive real estate sales in the assigned city
•
Build and maintain a strong local network of clients, investors and channel partners
•
Identify potential clients and arrange meetings with senior sales heads of the company
•
Coordinate closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth deal closures
•
Conduct regular follow ups and manage the complete sales cycle
•
Organise local events, site visits and networking meets with support from the company
•
Represent the brand professionally in the local market
Requirements
•
Experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background with a good local network
•
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
•
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals
•
Self driven, disciplined and result oriented
•
Good understanding of the local real estate market
