About the RoleWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven history of achieving sales targets and successfully leading sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively guide and motivate the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to broaden the customer base.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

• Train and support team members to enhance skills and productivity.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Address escalations and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Ability to work and manage team operations during night shift hours.

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 7 years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading or managing a sales team.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to articulate value clearly.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• Leadership ability to inspire, coach, and drive performance within the team.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in night shifts.

• Experience working with CRM or sales management systems is preferred.
