Job Description – HR Recruiter / Team Leader

Location: Kanpur

• Responsibilities Make 80+ recruitment calls daily
• Shortlist 3–5 candidate CVs per day
• Job posting, sourcing, screening & interview coordination
• Follow-up until candidate joining
• Submit daily call sheet, weekly summary & monthly report
• Send all CVs first to the official company email ID
• Salary & TargetFixed salary + incentives (as discussed)
• Monthly target = 6× of salary
• First month full salary; from second month salary only after target achievement
• Timings9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
• DisciplinePersonal mobiles to be deposited in office
• No social media or entertainment during work hours
• Strict confidentiality of company data

1. Updated Resume (Hard Copy)
2. Passport-size Photograph (1–2 copies)
