Job Description
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards as per project briefs.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting in coordination with the design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to check progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation and procurement.
- Manage client presentations, feedback, and approvals.
- Ensure design documentation and drawings are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Stay updated on new materials, design trends, and sustainability practices.
