Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence, build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, execution, analytics, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Write compelling captions and coordinate with the design team for creatives
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
• Analyze performance data and optimize strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (1+ year preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn marketing
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign strategies
• Basic understanding of Canva/Adobe tools for creative coordination
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using insights & analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies
• Basic understanding of performance marketing
• Experience in handling multiple brand accounts
