Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound/inbound calls to customers, promoting products or services, answering queries, generating leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer databases and update relevant information in CRM systems.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the relevant department.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Follow company scripts and guidelines for consistent communication.
• Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduation (as required).
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
