Job Description:

We are looking for a female telecaller with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student and parent inquiries, explaining our counseling services, and maintaining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with student leads and parents
• Explain Udaan Education Services programs and admission guidance process
• Maintain call records and update data in computer systems
• Coordinate with counselors and schedule appointments
• Handle WhatsApp messages and basic email communication

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling / customer support / counseling calls
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, internet usage)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Polite, confident, and result-oriented personality
