Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Telecalling & Lead Handling

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.

Handle inbound inquiries regarding real estate projects.

Explain property details such as location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

Generate new leads and follow up with existing clients.

Maintain daily call records and lead status.

🔹 Customer Meetings

Fix appointments with interested clients.

Meet clients in office or at designated locations.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

🔹 Site Visits

Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits.

Explain project features, surroundings, and connectivity.

Coordinate with site teams for smooth visits.

Follow up after site visits to close deals.

🔹 Documentation & Coordination

Assist clients with booking forms and basic documentation.

Coordinate with sales managers and CRM team.

Update customer details in CRM or registers.
