Job RoleWe are hiring dynamic Telecalling Executives to connect with students who have recently completed 12th grade and are entering college. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce them to the Collective Wisdom App and guide them toward courses that strengthen their career prospects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and engage with prospective students from provided data.
• Explain the three major benefits of the app:
• ✅ Career-focused certification courses (Digital Marketing, Stock Market, AI Tools, Personal Branding, etc.)
• ✅ Practice mock tests to improve performance
• ✅ Opportunities to learn valuable skills early for better job readiness
• Generate interest and convert leads into enrollments.
• Handle student queries confidently and professionally.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested candidates.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets.
• Skills RequiredStrong communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
• Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
• Good listening and relationship-building ability.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Telecalling/sales experience preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
