We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Kanpur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team in the areas of Accounting, Tax Consultancy, Litigation, Auditing, and Assurance services.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Students Pursuing CA / CS Courses currently or in the past would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book Keeping, Finalisation of Financial statements, Notes to Accounts, Explanatory Notes, drafting Audit reports and CARO
• Verification of Statutory Compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions, Accounting and Auditing standards
• Audit of various areas such as MSME, Startups, Banking, Finance, Loans, Salaries, Tax compliance, etc
• ROC and Other related Compliance
• Advisory for newly incorporated entities with exposure in Income Tax, GST and other related acts
• Bank and Mid Corporate Audits
