• Guide students in choosing the right MBA/PGDM programs
• Counsel students and parents on admission processes
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Maintain student database and relationships
• Support social media lead generation campaigns

📋 Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/Marketing background preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Passion for helping students succeed
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in sales/counselling is a plus (freshers welcome!)
