Duties and Responsibilities

2. Explain admission procedures, program details, and answer queries to potential students.

3. Maintain a database of leads, follow-up regularly, and update records accordingly.

4. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrolment processes.

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student admissions.

6. Provide excellent customer service and address concerns or issues raised by potential students.

7. Keep abreast of the latest information about courses, scholarships, and educational offerings.

8. Assist in organizing and participating in admission events or webinars.
