  Desired Profile

• Position Type: Permanent
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA degree is preferred
• Experience: 10+ years

• Industry: Candidates with experience in Production Planning and Quality Control will be preferred
• Role: Individual Contributor 

• Drive the daily execution of manufacturing schedules in factories to meet production targets inline with customer orders
• Manage and oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release testing
• Ensuring sampling of products, assisting new product development and routine production
• Lead the process for Corrective and Preventive Actions in response to internal deviations and Customer Complaints, driving continuous improvement in product design and process stability

• Should have demonstrated abilities to handle production and ensure product Quality for various products
• Communicate persuasively in English / Hindi / Local language
