Associate Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Mfg shop
Responsibilities
| Hands on experience of mechanical assemblies like spindles, drive system, gear box etc. |
| Hands on experience in machine parts like guide ways, spindle, various belts and pulleys etc |
| Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and automation |
Sustain and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), RCA, machine availability, MTTR, MTBF etc |
| Hands on in preventive maintenance of machines |
| Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns |
| Know how various maintenance practices |
Must aware of TPM. Active participation in Kaizens, 5S and Process improvement. MIS.

- Diploma In Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 Year Experience
