Associate Engineer – Utility & Maintenance
Responsibilities
Hand on electrical work experience in CNC machine and highly automated robotics controlled machines (Specially in VMC, HMC & Turning ) |
Sound knowledge of Electrical drawing and Troubleshooting, basic knowledge of Electronics cards, Drive, various electronic components etc. |
| Sound knowledge of PLC/ CNC and modification in Ladder Diagram. Should have fair understanding of the maintenance KPIs - MTBF, MTTR, UP Time as per set target |
Understand the importance of Preventive maintenance Plan and its effective adherence. |
| Sound knowledge in Siemens PLC s |
Sound knowledge in Machine Accuracy maintaining, like – Geometrical, ATC Alignment , Pallet Alignment, Orientation Alignment etc Follow up with machine makers & Vendors for various issue , |
Qualifications
- Diploma In Electrical Engineering with 3-4 Year Experience
