An Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles (cars/bikes) to customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Their primary goal is to achieve sales targets while providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
• Arrange and conduct test drives
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain follow-ups with potential customers and convert leads
• Complete sales documentation and coordinate with the finance/insurance department
• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on new models, promotions, and competitors
