We are looking for a hands-on Business Development & Operations Manager who can drive sales, manage field operations, and support day-to-day agency execution. This is an all-rounder role requiring strong field work, client handling, coordination, and operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field visits, networking, and direct outreach

• Meet clients in person, understand requirements, and close deals

• Handle client onboarding, coordination, and basic operations follow-ups

• Support internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

• Manage vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting

• Assist in process improvement and day-to-day agency operations

Requirements:

• Experience/expertise in business development / sales / operations

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel and handle extensive field work

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services preferred

• Self-driven, flexible, and execution-focused
