Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive [ BDE]

Company: Nivesshtam Pvt Ltd (Investment Services)

Location: Kanpur (Hybrid: In-person + Digital)

Employment Type: Full-Time (initially probation 6 months)

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads
  • Pitch and onboard new clients for SIPs, mutual funds, and investment services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Back-office & Operations

  • Manage documentation, client onboarding
  • Maintain CRM records, client data, and compliance reports.

Client pre / post Servicing

  • Handle client queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide portfolio updates and support in transactions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Computer (MS Office)..
  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.

Qualifications

  • pursuing (BA /BBA Business/Finance preferred, others acceptable).
  • Freshers/early-career candidates welcome; training provided.
  • Prior sales/customer service experience a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation Structure For Interns / Freshers (Probation 6 months)

  • Fixed stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

For Full-time (Post-Probation)

  • Base Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month ( depend on knowledge)
  • Incentives:
  • 0.10% of monthly AUM added (e.g., ₹**lakh AUM = ₹1,000 incentive)
  • ₹*** per SIP registration above target
  • Quarterly performance bonus for exceeding targets

Expected Earnings (Realistic)

  • Fresher Intern: ₹10K–15K/month (fixed + incentives)
  • Full-time Executive: ₹20K–50K/month (with incentives)

Growth Path

  • Year 1: BDM Business Devlopment manager
  • Year 2+: Specialize → either Sales Officer (Frontline) OR Operations Officer (Back-office Lead)
  • Year 3+: Potential to become BDM Business Development Manager  Team Leader / Area Sales Manager
