Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Team Leader with a strong background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in driving sales and managing a team.

You will be responsible for handling a team of business development executives, generating revenue, and ensuring consistent performance and growth.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor the Business Development team
• Drive sales targets and ensure team achieves monthly goals
• Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
• Train team members on product knowledge and sales strategies
• Monitor daily performance, calls, and conversions
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with students/customers
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
