Business Development Manager (E-Commerce) Job Responsibilities

Key Account Manager (E-Commerce) Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored account plans to drive sales, growth, and profitability for key accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Platform Optimization: Collaborate with clients to optimize their presence on e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage contract renewals, terms, and pricing to maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to clients and internal stakeholders.
