Job DescriptionBrandMate Digital is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our Digital Marketing and Web Development services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, understanding their business needs, and converting leads into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
• Pitch Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Lead Generation, etc.)
• Explain Website Development & Web Design services clearly
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages
• Follow up with interested clients and close deals
• Maintain call records and lead status in CRM / Excel
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English & Hindi
• Confident and persuasive sales skills
• Experience in telecalling or sales preferred (freshers can apply)
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development (training will be provided)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Prior experience in sales or telecalling is an added advantage

Qualifications - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
