Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring a Business Development Team Lead at HyperTech Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. who will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring student success through placements and corporate tie-ups.

This is a leadership + revenue-driven role where you will handle team performance, client acquisition, and end-to-end coordination with students and companies.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs)

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain tie-ups with companies and hiring partners

• Handle student communication, counseling, and follow-ups

• Conduct mock interviews and basic HR preparation sessions

• Coordinate between students, internal teams, and companies

• Monitor team performance and improve conversion ratios

• Ensure consistent lead conversion and revenue generation

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking

• Create a strong pipeline of admissions and placement opportunities
