CAD Camp/Drawings - Propellant

Responsibilities

•    Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical equipment designs, using measurements, specifications and additional data from engineering team
•    Collect initial drawings, calculations and design ideas and combine all relevant data into coherent and complete initial design models for review and modification 
•    Collaborate with internal teams to assess the current plant design and integrate new systems.
•    Verify all numerical and specifications in technical drawings and schematics, using both CAD programs and manual calculations 
•    Coordinate for Layouts design and optimisation with internal project and operations team 
•    Support the project management team with cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation for system integration projects. 
•    Provide technical updates to senior management, ensuring that all milestones are met, and that the integration of new systems does not interfere with plant production.
•    Maintain detailed documentation of all designs, testing, and commissioning procedures for internal and regulatory review.
•    Prepare periodic reports for management on project progress, issues, and solutions implemented.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:
►    Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field 
►    Firsthand experience in design software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion360 etc

Experiences:
►    Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in system design and integration, particularly in manufacturing                      environments. 
►    Strong programming skills and experience in design field
