Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and well-spoken female customer support executives to join our international voice process team in the day shift. This role involves handling customer queries from international clients via voice calls, delivering excellent support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls from international customers.

• Address customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns effectively.

• Maintain a friendly and professional tone throughout the conversation.

• Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.

• Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

• Follow defined communication protocols and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
