Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Voice Process Executive with prior IVA experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English skills and hands-on experience handling international customers in a voice-based process.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound/inbound international calls professionally.
• Assist customers with IVA-related queries and guide them through the process.
• Explain financial solutions clearly and confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of IVA experience (mandatory).
• Experience in International Voice Process (UK/US preferred).
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
• Preferred Skills:Good listening skills and objection handling.
• Sales or lead conversion experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
