Job Title: Loan Collection Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Loan Collection Executive responsible for contacting customers, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring timely loan recovery while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or visits to remind them of overdue loan payments
• Follow up on assigned delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
• Update collection status in the system regularly
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Coordinate with the finance and credit teams as required
• Achieve assigned collection targets on a monthly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: High school diploma / Graduate (preferred)

• Prior experience in loan collection, recovery, or tele-calling is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services sector

• Field collection experience (if applicable)
