Correspondence & Paperwork Executive (Ex-Servicemen Only)

Job Description:We are hiring disciplined and experienced Ex-Servicemen from Indian Air Force / Indian Navy / Indian Army for the role of Correspondence & Paperwork Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling official documentation, correspondence, and coordination work.

• Key Responsibilities: Handling official emails, letters, and reports
• Managing documentation, records, and filing systems
• Drafting official letters, notes, and correspondence
• Coordination with internal departments and external agencies
• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in paperwork
• Eligibility Criteria: Only Ex-Servicemen (Air Force / Navy / Army)
• Good command of English (reading & writing)
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Organized, reliable, and disciplined
• Experience in office work/documentation preferred
• Preferred Candidates: Ex-Air Force / Ex-Navy / Ex-Army personnel
• Clerical, administrative, or correspondence background
