Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a polite, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate should be able to assist customers in selecting jewellery, explain product details, and close sales confidently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

● Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent in-store assistance

Understand customer needs and showcase appropriate jewellery pieces

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Manage sales transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and display standards at the counter

Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism

● Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable and confident personality

Knowledge of gold/silver/diamond jewellery is a plus

Basic math and billing skills

Ability to work on weekends/festive days

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
