CRM Manager

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, running engagement campaigns, and building strong retention strategies across channels like Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns that drive customer loyalty and repeat sales. The role involves maintaining and analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences based on purchase behavior, and optimizing communication through automation tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Zoho CRM. A strong understanding of digital funnels, customer lifecycle, and data-driven marketing is essential. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a strong hold on analytics using Excel or Google Sheets. Prior experience in eCommerce or digital brands will be an added advantage.
