Customer Relationship Officer

As we are an educational company, so the candidate has to perform key duties:

1) School Onboarding: Connect with school principals and designated coordinators to explain the value of Epoch Olympiads, address their queries, and guide them through the registration process.

2) Continuous Engagement: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with registered schools. Act as their dedicated point of contact for any assistance required throughout the academic year.

3) Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups via phone and email to ensure schools meet registration deadlines and have all the necessary information to conduct the exams.
