JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
Location: Green park, Civil Lines, Kanpur (U.P.)
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Salary: 6k-10k per month as per the experience plus Incentives Up to 5K or more
Qualification: MBA/PGDM Fresher and Experienced both

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting
relationships.
2. Creating loyalty and driving revenue from existing customers by developing and executing
contact strategies across multiple segments and all customer touch points.
3. Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships
with new clients.
4. Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers, Overseeing the relationship
with customers handled by your team.
5. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
6. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

Skills Required:
1. Strong and Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (written as well as
verbal)
2. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems, to ensure
maximum client satisfaction.
4. Has the calibre to perform in a dynamic environment and deliver KRA’s.
5. Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
6. Patient and friendly personality.
7. Good time-management skills.
8. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
9. Good negotiation skills.
10. Quick learner.
11. Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft word.
