Data Analyst

Position: Data Executive (Entry Level)

Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Executive to support our data management and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a foundational understanding of computers, Microsoft Office tools, and databases. Candidates with an educational background in Computer Science or a related discipline will be preferred.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems and databases. 
• Generate routine reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. 
• Assist in organizing, storing, and retrieving data as required by business teams. 
• Support database-related tasks under guidance, including basic queries and data extraction. 
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer data. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies or missing information. 

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially: 
• Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, filters) 
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 
• Fundamental understanding of databases (tables, records, basic queries). 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Good organizational and time-management skills. 
• Ability to follow instructions and work with structured processes. 
• Basic written and verbal communication skills. 

Educational Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). 
• Candidates from other disciplines with relevant computer and data-handling knowledge may also be considered.  
• Freshers (0–1 year of experience) with relevant academic projects, internships, or coursework are encouraged to apply.
