About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will not only be the strategic architect behind our campaigns but also the driving force in building and directing a high-performing digital marketing team from the ground up. 

The ideal candidate is a modern, tech-forward marketer who bridges the gap between traditional strategies and the new era of AI-driven search. If you are a master of paid media, a pioneer in AEO/GEO, and a hands-on creator who leverages AI to scale content, we want you to lead our marketing squad. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and direct a dynamic digital marketing team. Set clear KPIs, foster a culture of innovation, and mentor team members to execute at a high level. 
  • Next-Gen Search Strategy: Lead comprehensive search strategies encompassing traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure maximum visibility across all search ecosystems. 
  • Omnichannel Paid Advertising: Strategize, execute, and scale high-ROI paid ad campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok. Oversee both the media buying and the creative direction. (Exploring and scaling Push and Native ad networks is a major plus). 
  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality videos and images at scale for ad creatives and organic social media. 
  • Content Mapping & Research: Conduct deep market research to map out content strategies that align with user intent and funnel stages. 
  • Web Development & CRO: Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages using WordPress and Elementor. Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates. 
  • Social Media Management: Oversee end-to-end organic social media strategies to build brand authority and engage our target audience. 
  • Advanced Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Architect and troubleshoot complex tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, platform pixels, and Server-Side integrations (e.g., Meta Conversions API) to ensure accurate cross-channel attribution and reliable data for scaling. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media. 
  • Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and managing a team
  • Deep understanding of modern search dynamics, specifically SEO, AEO, and GEO
  • Proven ability to generate and manipulate AI-generated videos and images (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, etc.). 
  • Strong technical proficiency in building sites and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor
  • Extensive dashboard and campaign management experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Exceptional ability to research, architect, and map comprehensive content plans. 
  • Strong technical understanding of conversion tracking, data layers, attribution models, and privacy-first tracking solutions (Server-Side tracking, Consent Mode) 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) 

  • Push & Native Ads Experience: Hands-on experience buying traffic and optimizing campaigns on Native networks (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) and Push notification ad platforms.
