Job Title: Digital Marketing Profit Center Head 

Office Location: Damodar Nagar, Barra, Kanpur

About the Role:


We are looking for a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Profit Center Head to build, lead, and scale our Digital Marketing business as an independent profit center from our Kanpur office.


This leadership role carries complete ownership of revenue, profitability, team performance, client acquisition, and delivery excellence across all digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of digital expertise, business development capability, and P&L ownership mindset.


This is a full-time, office-based role for professionals who want to build and grow a scalable digital marketing business unit.


Key Responsibilities:

Profit Center Ownership & Strategy:

*Own the P&L (Revenue, Cost, Margins, Profitability) of the Digital Marketing business.

*Define and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies for the digital profit center.

*Build scalable operating models, pricing strategies, and service frameworks to drive profitability.

*Work closely with senior management to align business goals and expansion plans.


Client Acquisition & Business Growth:

*Lead end-to-end client acquisition for Indian and international markets.

*Build and manage relationships with Founders, CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and decision-makers.

*Drive sales pipelines, pitch digital solutions, handle proposals, negotiations, and closures.

*Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


Campaign Delivery & Performance Management

*Oversee planning and execution of SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, SMM, Branding, Content, UI/UX, and Web Development projects.

*Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, ROI, and KPI adherence.

*Review campaign performance, analytics, reporting standards, and optimization strategies.

*Maintain high-quality execution across all client accounts.


Team Building & Leadership:

*Build, train, and lead a high-performing in-office digital marketing team.

*Manage SEO specialists, performance marketers, content writers, designers, social media managers, and client servicing teams.

*Drive a culture of accountability, performance, innovation, and continuous learning.

*Plan hiring, capacity utilization, and productivity metrics.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

*5–20 years of experience in Digital Marketing leadership roles.

*Strong experience in running digital marketing operations with revenue responsibility.

*Proven success in client acquisition, account growth, and profitability management.


Experience working with industries such as:

*IT, Healthcare, E-commerce, BFSI, Retail, Hospitality, EdTech, Startups, etc.

*Experience handling Indian and international clients (USA, Canada, Middle East, Europe preferred).


Technical & Business Skills:


Hands-on expertise in:

*SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, Website Development.

*Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, analytics, and automation.

*Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.

*Ability to build and scale profitable digital teams in a work-from-office setup.
