NDMIT is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Education Counselor to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in education counseling, admissions, and sales, along with experience in tie-ups and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways
• Handle admission inquiries (inbound & outbound) and ensure lead conversion
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets
• Plan and execute admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities
• Develop and manage institutional tie-ups with schools/colleges
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for admissions growth
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Support and guide junior counselors, if required

Eligibility:

• Prior experience as an Education Counselor / Senior Education Counselor
