Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate should have strong copywriting skills, campaign management experience, and a passion for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows

Write engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAs

Create customer segmentation and personalized campaigns

Manage email automation journeys (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, drip campaigns)

A/B test email templates, subject lines, and content for performance optimization

Monitor campaign performance: open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate

Maintain and improve email deliverability and database hygiene

Coordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teams

Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and data privacy policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate

6 Months – 1 year of experience in email marketing / CRM marketing or any other field.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Hands-on experience with tools like:

Mailchimp

HubSpot

Zoho Campaigns

Klaviyo

MoEngage

WebEngage (any one or more)

Knowledge of HTML email templates is a plus

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Good communication & collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience in salesforce marketing cloud experience is plus.

Marketing automation knowledge

CRM platform experience

Funnel marketing understanding
