Job Summary: An Equity Advisor is responsible for providing clients with investment advice in equity markets, generating brokerage revenue, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role involves market analysis, client servicing, and achieving sales targets through effective advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide investment advice on equities, derivatives, and other financial products
• Track and analyze stock market trends, news, and economic indicators
• Execute buy/sell orders for clients (if required)
• Generate brokerage through active trading and advisory services
• Acquire new clients through lead generation and referrals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high retention
• Cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and insurance
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies
• Provide timely updates and recommendations to clients

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• NISM Certification (Equity Derivatives / Research Analyst preferred)
• Prior experience in stock broking or financial advisory (1–5 years preferred)
