Our creations are more than just clothing; they are modern pieces of art that celebrate the progressive spirit of today's women in fashion.

Responsibilities:

·        Conceptualize and design innovative and trendsetting collections that align with the brand's ethos.

·        Develop sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards for new designs.

·        Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life.

·        Collaborate with fabric manufacturers for materials.

·        Research market trends, materials, and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

·        Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product.

·        Preparing costsheets, line sheets.

·        Create tests/prototypes of design pieces.

·        Collaborate with fabric manufacturers for materials.

·        Ready to travel for fashion shows, sourcing ,exhibitions and other related events.

·        Display design pieces at fashion and trade shows; present to creative directors.

·        Market and sell fashion designs to retailers/customers

·        Advertise products and meet with distributors

·        Create a plan to manufacture designs with a team or partnership.

·        Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.

·        Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, merchandising, art, or related field.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design.

·        Portfolio of previous work.

·        Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.

·        Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern making.

·        Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Excellent negotiation skills.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
