Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and deliver lectures, workshops, and practical studio sessions in Fashion Design and Interior Design.
• Develop and update course curriculum, lesson plans, and student assessments in line with academic standards.
• Guide students through practical projects, portfolio development, and final exhibitions.
• Mentor students in design thinking, concept development, material usage, and technical execution.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate real-world knowledge into teaching.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Assist in organizing events, fashion shows, exhibitions, site visits, and design competitions.
• Collaborate with faculty and management to improve academic delivery and student outcomes.
• Facilitate industry interactions, guest lectures, and internship opportunities for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of teaching experience or equivalent industry exposure in fashion or interior domains.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite), and trends.
• Ability to teach both theoretical and practical components effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
• Passionate about education and nurturing student creativity and confidence.
