Field Sales ( Broker)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote stock market–related products and services with a strong focus on broker onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for meeting brokers, channel partners, and clients in the field to generate business, build relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard stock market brokers and sub-brokers
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Promote trading accounts, investment products, and stock market services
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with brokers and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Educate brokers about company offerings, commission structures, and benefits
• Maintain daily activity reports and follow up on prospects
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams for smooth onboarding
• Stay updated with market trends, brokerage products, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
• Experience in stock market sales, broker onboarding, or financial products is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
• Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, and brokerage operations
