We are expanding our retail and distribution network across Uttar Pradesh and are seeking motivated field sales professionals to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our Fancy Detergent Powder. The role involves daily visits to retailers, kirana shops, and distributors to generate orders and grow market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 25–40 shops per day and achieve a daily sales target of 5 to 10 bags.
• Promote product range and ensure product display at retail points.
• Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
• Collect orders, follow up for payments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Share daily reports and market feedback with the Area Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years in FMCG or detergent sales.
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
• Good communication skills and local market knowledge.
