an AI-powered digital marketing platform built for India's offline saree and clothing retail shops. We help shop owners create professional product photos and videos from a simple phone photo — and share them on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to grow sales through their existing customers.

We are growing fast and building our on-ground team in Kanpur and Lucknow. If you enjoy being in the field, talking to people, and want to grow into a leadership role, this is the opportunity for you.

What You Will Do:

• Visit saree and ethnic wear shops across Kanpur and Lucknow, pitch ShopGroww, and convert shop owners into paying subscribers.
• Onboard new merchants — set up their WhatsApp community, Facebook and Instagram pages, QR codes, and guide them through the ShopGroww portal.
• Create the merchant's first AI-generated product photo and video together with them and help them share it on WhatsApp the same day.
• Coach merchants to grow their WhatsApp community and post content regularly so they stay active and renew every month.
• Be the merchant's first point of contact for any issue and escalate to the founding team when needed.

What We Are Looking For — Field Sales Executive:

• At least 0–4 years of field sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred. Freshers with strong drive are welcome.
• Local to Kanpur or Lucknow — knows the bazaar clusters, speaks the language, understands how shop owners think.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram on a smartphone.
• Self-motivated, disciplined with follow-up, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Experience at companies like PhonePe, Paytm, Jio, or any distributor/DSA network is a strong plus.
