Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive from the automobile industry who is comfortable with regular travelling, including visits to other states. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers and clients across assigned regions and other states.

• Generate new leads, expand market presence, and build strong business relationships.

• Promote and sell automobile-related products/services to potential customers.

• Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management team.

• Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile field sales (preferred).

• Willingness to travel frequently, including outstation/state tours.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 in-hand

• Travel Allowance: Provided for outstation/state travel

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Other Benefits: TA/DA (as per company policy)
