Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to meet sales quotas, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Actively prospect for new leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory through cold-calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations for potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close sales effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management using a CRM system.
• Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
