✨ Job Summary:

Grand Geet Hotels, a premier name in Hospitality and Fine Dining, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage the hotel’s complete F&B operations — including restaurants, bar, banquets, in-room dining, and catering services.

The role involves driving revenue, controlling costs, maintaining food quality and hygiene, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader with strong operational and managerial skills in the hospitality sector.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🍴 Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, banquets, etc.).

💰 Drive revenue generation, manage budgets, and ensure department profitability.

👨‍🍳 Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.

🏅 Ensure top standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

👥 Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams and outlet managers.

📋 Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for management.

⚖️ Maintain compliance with all food safety and licensing regulations.

🎯 Implement upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies.

🧾 Report directly to the General Manager and contribute to hotel performance.
