Roles & Responsibilities:

Bartender

• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established standards
• Maintain bar inventory, hygiene, and compliance with excise regulations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Restaurant Captain

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Ensure prompt and efficient guest service
• Address guest concerns and maintain service quality

Steward

• Assist in serving food and beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support smooth day-to-day operations

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and team management
• Ensure guest satisfaction and achievement of business targets
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and service standards

Bar Manager

• Manage bar operations, staff, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with statutory and excise regulations
• Develop beverage menus and maintain quality standards

• Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude
• Familiarity with POS systems (preferred for supervisory roles)
