🔸 Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hospital, including critical areas like Operation Theatres (OTs), ICUs, wards, and public areas. The candidate must be well-versed with NABH guidelines, cleaning protocols, and material usage standards.

🔸 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff across all shifts.

• Ensure cleaning and disinfection of OTs, ICUs, wards, and washrooms as per NABH standards.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation in patient care areas and public zones.
• Conduct daily inspections, report maintenance issues, and ensure timely action.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, infection control, and chemical/material usage (e.g., phenyl, disinfectants, surface cleaners).
• Ensure proper use of PPEs, mops, tools, and cleaning machines.
• Maintain checklists, schedules, and cleaning logs.
• Coordinate with facility, nursing, and infection control departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain stock of cleaning materials and control wastage.
• Take strong follow-up on assigned tasks and staff discipline.

🔸 Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of hospital cleaning protocols and NABH hygiene standards.

• Ability to manage and train a team of housekeeping personnel.
• Basic understanding of infection control, waste segregation, and biohazard protocols.
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and strong follow-up skills.

🔸 Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass. Graduation preferred.

• Certification in housekeeping or infection control is an added advantage.
