Sona Chandis is looking for a confident and experienced Female HR Manager to manage and strengthen our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of showroom & office staff

• Managing payroll, attendance, and employee documentation

• Handling staff performance, appraisals & training

• Implementing HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance

• Acting as a strong link between management and employees

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience (retail/jewellery preferred)

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Knowledge of HR operations, & payroll

• Professional, organised & discreet
