Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Manager with 1+ year of experience to handle end-to-end HR functions, including employee screening, hiring processes, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Manage the complete hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Process and manage monthly payroll
• Handle attendance, leaves, and employee coordination
• Address employee HR-related queries

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in HR operations and recruitment
• Knowledge of screening and hiring processes
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing
• Good communication and computer skills (MS Office)
