Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls inquiries from customers
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Preferred Skills: Experience in inbound call handling
- Knowledge of ticketing or CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends (if required)
- Multilingual skills (if applicable)
- Working Conditions: Office-based / Remote (as applicable)
- Rotational shifts (if applicable)
