Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.


  • Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls inquiries from customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
  • Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in inbound call handling
  • Knowledge of ticketing or CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends (if required)
  • Multilingual skills (if applicable)
  • Working Conditions: Office-based / Remote (as applicable)
  • Rotational shifts (if applicable)
